What to do with leftover pork chops?
The other night I made pork chops, I had 2 left over.
Not enough for another meal for my entire family.
My solution was to make a pork stir fry.
I took the two pork chops and my handy scissors from Pampered Chef and chopped them up.
I heated them in a pan, added a frozen stir fry blend with sauce and wa-la.
I had another meal for my family.
Quick, easy and cheap.
