Summer is a time for grillin’

Yep, that’s right I grill lettuce, Romaine that is.  It is so yummy grilled. 

Below you will find the recipe, let me warn you though it is very complex. Winking smile

 

Grilled Romaine

Wash your Romaine leaves off, soak in water for a few minutes.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Place on hot grill for 2 minutes per side.  Enjoy while warm. 

 

My favorite part to eat is the rib.  Right down the middle.  YUMMY!
